Descriptions of consulting, onboarding systems design, and translation services on the Site are informational and do not by themselves form a contract. The scope, terms, and pricing of any engagement are set out separately once we've talked through your needs.

3. Studio Products

GetEm Onboard is an active product; Nudge is in development and not yet available. Product availability, features, and pricing are subject to change, and separate terms may apply once you sign up to use either product directly.

4. Jewelry and Publishing

Jewelry pieces are sold in person at markets and pop-ups, not through this Site. Publishing titles and excerpts are shared for informational purposes. Availability of specific pieces or titles is not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual Property

All original text, design, and the "Niña Terca" name and wordmark on this Site are the property of Niña Terca and may not be reproduced without permission. If you believe content on the Site infringes your intellectual property, please contact us.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any information on the Site is current, complete, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability
